OUR CARE PHILOSOPHY
Educate | Empower | Equip
At Black Boy Therapy LLC, we are dedicated to empowering Black boys, parents, and educators with the tools to manage mental health effectively. Our holistic approach emphasizes empathy, education, and community, providing culturally sensitive care that honors and uplifts each individual's unique experiences. By equipping them with knowledge and resources and fostering strong connections, we create a nurturing environment where Black boys can thrive and achieve their fullest potential. Our mission is summarized by three core principles: Educate, Equip, Empower.

Who We Are
Black Boy Therapy was founded by three Black men who understand the importance of creating spaces where Black boys and men can prioritize their mental and emotional well-being.
Our work operates through both Black Boy Therapy, our nonprofit organization, and Black Boy Therapy, LLC. Together, these entities allow us to expand our impact through culturally grounded mental wellness programming, mentorship, education, workshops, community initiatives, and organizational partnerships.
We are committed to equipping Black boys and men with the tools, resources, relationships, and safe spaces they need to thrive emotionally, mentally, and socially—while also supporting the families, schools, and communities that surround them.
